Lisa Stein’s Bio

 

 

I have been a real estate broker for thirteen years. I work for Keller Williams Realty, in the Beverly Hills office. Before I was a real estate broker, I was a practicing litigation attorney. I graduated from USC Law School in 1992. I also have an undergraduate degree in finance and real estate from California State University Northridge. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I own a home at 1938 Comstock Avenue, that my husband and I purchased eight years ago. Prior to that, we owned a home on Manning Avenue. We have extensively remodeled and expanded both of these homes. We have lived in Westwood for over fifteen years.

 

I have two daughters five and nine-years-old. My daughters attend elementary school at our neighborhood public school, Westwood Charter School. This school is highly sought after and I am a very involved volunteer parent, holding the positions of Treasurer of the Booster Club and Director of Sales of school sportswear, among other day-to-day things. Westwood’s Booster Club raises over $500,000 dollars a year to fund programs not paid for by the Los Angeles Unified School District.

 

I do the bulk of my business in Westwood, although I work throughout the Westside. The majority of my clients come from repeat business, friends, acquaintances and referrals.  I handle all of my own showings, negotiations, escrows and most open houses. When you hire me, you are truly represented by me. Although I am busy, you will find that you receive personal attention from me and have access to me during both business and non-business hours. I always am happy to provide references. I spare no expense when it comes to marketing the properties that I represent. When I market a property for sale I always have a beautiful color flier designed with professional photography. I also create a web site with the property address and upload a video tour and still photos onto the website. I also advertise extensively in the Los Angeles Times and the MLS Open House Guide.
